Largest project Afr’Am Fest is Internationally noted as one of the largest African American Festival on the East Coast. In 2008 attendance estimated over 250,000 thousand.

Together, Afr’Am Fest 2008-09 sponsors, SEVAA members and member organizations, “we provided over 43 art programs in the Southeastern Virginia Area, Including Afr’Am Fest, Summer Arts Workshop @ Norfolk State University, public libraries and its latest after school program for gang prevention, a photography workshop “Stay Focus”. Canon, Cits; Chesapeake is the sponsor, classes are for ages 8year old to 12 year old.
